The Feel Wheel Emotional Wellness Strategy functions to engage the participant in processing and addressing a myriad of personal concerns and traumas. If at any time while using this product you feel overwhelmed by memories or feelings that come up; and you  feel that you are not immediately equipped to safely deal with these memories and emotions, please cease using this product and seek professional counsel before proceeding further.

***This strategy is NOT recommended for the following traumatic situations without the supervision and advisement of a certified psychotherapist or psychiatric clinician: 


  • physical/sexual assault

  • experiences in combat

  • severe instances of childhood abuse

  • any other experiences that make you feel out of control of your emotions and/or produce deep feelings of anxiety, fear, or rage
